Our 3rd annual KUUMA Surf Weekender is back.

This is where the ocean meets the mat - a summer retreat for nervous system nourishment, salty hair, new friendships, beginner-friendly surfing, yoga, breathwork, Neurosculpting® meditation, and the kind of community connection that reminds you who you are.

We’ll be heading to Martinique Beach, Nova Scotia’s longest sandy beach, for a full weekend with Halifax Surf School. This experience is designed for beginners and anyone who is newer to surfing - not pros, not performance, not ego. Just support, play, curiosity, and the very real joy of getting salt water up your nose.

Expect a weekend of:
Surf lessons & equipment
Daily yoga practices
Neurosculpting® meditation
Breathwork
Beach house living
Meals & housing
Walking distance to the beach
Community, belonging & connection
New friends, old friends, ocean magic, and probably a few very humbling wipeouts

This retreat is for you if you want to feel more connected to your body, your breath, the earth, the ocean, and a group of people who are also brave enough to try something new.

You do not need to be “good” at surfing.
You do not need to be an advanced yogi.
You just need to show up willing to be in the experience.
